Estimating
Our estimators work in coordination with our sales associates to consider every means of finding cost saving solutions, while delivering a competitive product with SCT's pledge of quality. Our diversification of equipment, machine efficiencies, and reduced set up times translate into an overall value for dollar spent.
Structural Design
Give us your idea and tell us your goals for going to market - we'll develop the right packaging for you. Southern Champion has design experts on staff, skilled at creating innovative designs which meet the functionality, product protection, and shelf appeal you require.
Our design team has the ability to create designs that will differentiate your packaging from much of what is seen on the market. By considering the full picture, we often create opportunities to package your product faster and more efficiently, helping you get your product to market sooner.
Once a design is outlined, our designers, using our fully integrated CAD/CAM systems, produce full size prototypes resembling the finished product. These samples are sent at a customer's request for product approval, trade shows, photo shoots, and/or product testing.
Graphic Design
Whether tackling your project from ground up or assisting you at any point in the process, Southern Champion's graphics department will join its expertise, technology, and can-do attitude to your graphic challenge. We are equipped to proficiently handle all aspects of your project, from customer revisions, to preflighting for production ready artwork. Furthermore, our computerized color management system allows for strict adherence to specifications, delivering the quality you expect.
We invite you to take advantage of our user-friendly FTP site, which grants access to your projects through use of a web browser. You have the ability not only to submit jobs, but also to annotate changes, collaborate, and approve jobs, all in real-time!
