1 piece, kraft paperboard, packed in corrugated case; Holds up to 4 cups, up to 24oz each. "Add-A-Bag" convertible feature: tear perforated cup separator at outside edge. Separator will fold back, leaving an open space for a 6# bag of food items on one side and 2 - 24oz cups on the other.
