As a Customer Champion\u2122, Southern Champion Tray\u00ae strives to make every interaction effortless. The Boardmaster enables this by offering exceptional print quality, rapid changeovers, and advanced coating capabilities\u2014all designed to help customers enhance their packaging and speed to market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a production speed of up to 2,000 feet per minute<\/strong>, non-stop roll change technology<\/strong>, and ten flexographic print units<\/strong>, the Boardmaster is built for high-volume performance without sacrificing quality. Its integrated inline coating system supports a wide range of protective and aesthetic finishes, allowing customers to achieve standout brand presence while maintaining the integrity of their packaging. The press also features a 100% inline defect detection system, servo-driven automation<\/strong> for precision registration and quick-change print decks<\/strong>, significantly reducing downtime and enabling more flexible run sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
