Q: How do I place an order ?    
A : We deliver our stock items through a network of our distributor partners. Call SCT at 1-800-468-2222 or go to our website at and we will connect one of our distributor partners with you. Pricing is determined by market region and product type, thereby giving you the best possible pricing in your area. Your SCT distributor will also be able to supply that information to you. SCT will invoice through the distributor, and credit cards are not currently accepted.

Q: How long does it take to receive an order? 
A: For our stock catalog products, delivery is 7-10 days after your order is received. Unprecedented demand in paperboard, along with recent supply chain disruptions, has caused board availability interruptions and order delays on most board types and substrates. As a result, for any custom manufactured products, our lead times have extended to 10-12 weeks as of April 2021.

Q: Can you design a custom box to meet my needs?  
A: Yes! Contact your SCT representative, call SCT directly at 1-800-468-2222, or go to our website at and one of our representatives will assist you in designing a box to meet your specific needs.

Q: What is the minimum for custom printing on stock items?     
A: It varies per item category.  Lock-corner bakery boxes as few as 2,000 pcs! ChampPak Classic leak resistant to-go boxes 6,000 pcs!  Food trays 50,000 pcs!  Other items vary per item.
