Q: How do I place an order ?    

A : We deliver our stock items through a network of our distributor partners. Call SCT at 1-800-468-2222 or go to our website at SCTray.com/contact and we will connect one of our distributor partners with you. Pricing is determined by market region and product type, thereby giving you the best possible pricing in your area. Your SCT distributor will also be able to supply that information to you. SCT will invoice through the distributor, and credit cards are not currently accepted.

Q: How long does it take to receive an order? 

A: For our stock catalog products, delivery is 7-10 days after your order is received.  For custom manufactured product, our standard lead time is 5-7 weeks, depending on the product type and time of year.

Q: Can you design a custom box to meet my needs?  

A: Yes! Contact your SCT representative, call SCT directly at 1-800-468-2222, or go to our website at SCTray.com/contact and one of our representatives will assist you in designing a box to meet your specific needs.

Q: What is the minimum for custom printing on stock items?     

A: It varies per item category.  Lock-corner bakery boxes as few as 2,000 pcs! ChampPak Classic leak resistant to-go boxes 6,000 pcs!  Food trays 50,000 pcs!  Other items vary per item.
